Squat
Side-Split Squat
Lunges
Leg Extension
Seated Calf Raise
Leg Curls
3 set 8 reps tanan.

well... so far ako na hibaw.an na gym is only metrosports for me it's ok.. i know one atbang sa USC-TC.. pero kilid2x ra pud na nga gym..

naa sa banilad taas sa badgers around 600/month.. (my friend workout there) and sa city gym(waterfront) is 1300 if i remember it correctly(naa pud ko friends did2.. lol.. )
