Fraternities and Sororities, associations, mainly of college or university students and alumni, established to further the social, academic, professional, or humanitarian interests of members.

Amen to that . That is the real history of how and why fraternities and sororities existed but as time evolved , new things were implemented . Though a frat is not governed by the school or university but to the BY LAWS and CONSTITUTION of the frat/sor . AKP was founded as a service fraternity and sorority , like the evolving type , we expanding to the community or OSY because brotherhood has no boundaries . I have more respect to an OSY individual who helped do something or provide services to the community than a PROFFESIONAL ALUMNI who did nothing constructive at all to the community.

- fraternities (AKP and Tau) now are composed mostly of OSY. that is one reason why this brotherhoods are in turmoil. leaders of this gruop should review and analyze the root of this chaos (though it is obvious).

What if ... IF the hitman of AKP is a collegiate student with an outstanding ACADEMIC performance and EXTA CURRICULAR activites for the benefit of the majority , school based ? I speak for AKP , I dont know about TGP's so over and over again as what ive been saying on earlier post , wether you are a student or OSY , it is not a factor that you become a badboy but it is the personal , individual point of view .

I am just wondering if there are staistics on it being able to label AKP as composed mostly of OSY . Though some are chartered members of a community chapter , ity doesnt necessarily make them an OSY for who knows a collegiate chapter doesnt exist thats why they joined in a community based chapter .

to all Skeptrons in this thread. give me ample time, i will round them up. salamat sa inyong concern & pasaylo-a lang ko sa akong previous post. kay makasapot kaayo huna-hunaon gud. i am aware nga consequence ra sad to sa existing nga differences but i cannot help but think kung na-igo ko. wa ra ba unta gyud ko nanghilabot or even conspire nga manghilabot.

to our future peace treaty all i can advise is to be open, trust, have faith but still be careful. careful in the sense nga dili sad magpa-tara coz even if we tell our brods nga dili manghilabot or mobalos, we cannot control those people who lost close friends and relatives. so kanya-kanyang tago lang usa until mo cool off. IF EVER NAA GYU'Y MA HILABTAN after the peace treaty, i-assess kung ngano or kung naka bira sad ba na nga brod before the peace treaty so that we can let it pass. dili mo laban dayon kay ma wa'y pulos ang peace treaty. it will only fuel more hate.

DEFENSE IS THE BEST OFFENSE. THE KEY IS PREVENTION GYUD. Kay kung naa sad gyu'y ma-igo just in case lisod na kaayo na sila storyahan coz mag plano-plano na lang na sila ug ilaha plus gidala nila ang name sa grupo mao na mo escalate na sad & wala na'y kahumanan. it will be a deadly & vicious cycle.

SKEPTRONS: please prepare your guidelines again as we will prepare ours.

my suggestion, after the peace treaty; cool-off period/ceasefire usa after the given time, diha na ta mag peace rally & joint projects. para mas lig-on.

We'll be looking forward to it . I might not be there personally for i will be traveling soon but my 101% support will be left behind to continue the peace campaign .


Another factor though that I can think of that will make the PEACE PACT soon a not so successful move is :

- HITMENS of both groups still exists . Do you think they will be present during the PEACE TREATY ? Alongside with government officials and lawenforcment people , obviouslt they will be nowhere in sight . We cant tell our hitmen what to do but I can gurantee to advised him or her about the process of the PACT . We dont mind turning them over to the authorities as long as you turn yours too but I know for a fact that is impossible . I said WE DONT MIND because I know it firsthand that it wont happened so the best thing to do is instruct them and explain them what is the PACT all about .

I dont know the exact location but the ones involved were allegedly members of AKP . Though I dont know if I am supposed to laugh or get mad because the contents of the news were suchj a joke . They are trying to pin down " wanted " people through recycling their actions even though they are not ACTUALLY INVOLVED .

Though on the brighter side , a truce is on the way but I am also hoping that the peace pact is not for Cebu CIty but for Cebu province . Violence escalated already into towns and cities outside of Cebu like Carcar , Carmen , Toledo , Pinamungahan , Talisay , Mandaue , Tuburan , San Fernbando , Liloan , COnsolacion etc .
