if a mechanical device has malfunctioned then the management should have look into it for repairs.... coincidence once twice but more than that its abnormal...or somewhat weird.....

yes,I think that also causes the fear...pero mahadlok sad ko sa ilang medical arts building kay grabe man kamingaw oi,except sa lobby jud kay nay patients
