To be fluent in English?
Very easy. Practice in the speak. Study also the books many evening then when you write you are write
using dictionary to get hard words difficult to understand the plenty and then the people will believe you and say tsk-tsk-tsk in their mouths. Yeheey!!!!!

one thing i observe... dili tapulan mobuka sa ilang baba ang mga brits kaysa sa mga americans... ahmmm mas conscious ang mga britz sa vowels and intonations/stresses...

I fully agree. For me, nindot paminawon ang British English kung mosulti sila. Dunay tuno. Morag nagkanta. Royal kaayo ang dating. American English is bland. That's why I watch more on BBC and british tv shows. I started to like British English when watching James Bond movies.

Live in America or UK. Speak like the way they do. Read Time or Newsweek. And bombard yourself with so much television. If possible don't sleep. Watch 24 hours a day and multiply it by 7.
