If they are the first who compile the Biblle then why the RC doctrine is contradictual to the Scripture ?

The Roman Catholic Church did NOT compile the Bible.

The bible was compiled by a council of over 300 Bishops from all of Christendom including non-Catholic bishops such as Coptic Bishops and Orthadox Bishops. This happened in 325AD at the Council Of Nicaea
