I heard in the radio sa taxi pagpadung nko office, naay manang nga perti nyang lagota sa patient kai ngano daw nagcreat ug issue, nga dako kuno kaau naitabang ang mga doc. Gihubak gud cya tungod sa iya kalagot..hehehe.. Nireaact si manang pro wala pa cya kita sa video, ako pa niya mutanaw cya sa video para makarealize cya nga naa malpractice..

this is an ethical case, not a medical malpractice per se.. the operation was a success, no postop complications, the foreign body was removed. media rajud nagpadako ani! gi sakyan pa jud ug politika

^ of course, what would any sensible media outfit do when something this sensational is being fed to them thru a very public sharing site like YouTube, report it right? I'm even glad media and politicians got a hold of this case so they would have a black and white evidence on their hand that shows how poor some of our medical staffs handle patient-doctor confidentiality.

it's sad even that it has to come to this before any revisions and updates are considered implemented by those concerned governing bodies. it's been long overdue, very long time coming indeed.

anyone can create a fake identification sa internet.... you will say trace the IP... how many IP's in the entire philippines? how about if that someone uploaded it from an internet cafe? can you hunt that someone?
