Why some of my teachers were not evaluated last sem? ang kato pa jd wala na evaluate..mao ang mga way au..

actually, tanan man teachers ang i-evaluate wala lang siguro na-timingan ang inyong klase. part man na sa pag-determine sa salary sa teacher.

EDIT: Oh i get it. Not all classes handled by teachers kay mag evaluate sa teachers? Mao na? Ka funny sad..what if mau siya sa lain klas then sa lain kay perting ka dili..

Each teacher ma-evaluate pero dili tanan nga studyante og klase niya ang maka-evaluate bcoz i think they (guidance) picks the class that will evaluate randomly.

Yup, that's how it works. Yeah, mao nay hole sa evaluation system pero even the teachers do not have control kung unsa nga klase ang mo-evaluate nila. And believe me, your teachers know kung asa ang weak points nila and they pray nga dili kanang klase nga weak sila ang mo-evaluate nila. Anyway, I know they always try their best to improve on their weaknesses.
