    9.5B-8B = 0? kuha nyo?

Before mo ingon cya nga duna silay enough funds, rethink it first... 8B is not enough to rebuild 9.5B damages(not estimated, read the article please) and counting pana mga dodong... tsk tsk tsk

kamo maoy mo hilom, yaw usa pataka ug jump into conclusions nga ako g.ingon nga kinahanglan same ang calamity funds to the damage, and FYI its not estimated its there datos(data)... tsk tsk tsk... paeta lge, mao na, nag dali2x man gud pagpakauwaw sa lain tawo, back fire hinoon....

as Klayton said, where did you get the idea that the government should spend an amount equal to the damage brought by a calamity?

    clueless?

again, are you expecting a farmer in Bulacan who lost 100,000 worth of his crops to the typhoon will receive 100,000 cash from the government?
I guess misguided lang na sya. Maybe he has no idea how the NDRRC assessed, calculated, and quantified all the data and reached the amount of P9.5 billion. I'm not sure if he was able to comprehend the news article. The P8 billion calamity fund budget is intended for reconstruction and rebuilding, this amount is not a payment from an insurance company. I also noticed that he is contradicting himself.

Ambit ko ug gamay sa kagubot..

However, the damage already totaled P9.5 billion based on the latest data from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) barely a week after the typhoons lashed through Luzon,
sa akong minugbo nga pg sabot kani nga figure apil na ang estimated loss viz estimated earnings of agri products such as rice, corn, etc..

sakto ra ang gi ingon ni noynoy nga we have enough calamity fund which is 8B, ang ang dapat gastohan ang re-construction ra man sa mga damaged infrastructures.. DILI man nato(goberno) bayaran ang projected earnings of the damage crops..

    syalan ba oi..

8 Billion -> calamity fund allocated
9.5 Billion -> damages accounted after 1 week(check the article, stated there)

    mao ni imong pasabot bai?
300 milyon --> estimated nga igasto para sa damages nga worth, 325 milyon

now my question was, WHY NANG HAMBOG IMONG IDOL NGA ANG 8 BILYON MAKA SUFFICE/ENOUGH SA 9.5 BILYON DAMAGES... tan.awa ra gud na 300 milyon ra man gani ilang igasto ana? nya karon, sakto pana imong argument sa akong question?

answer this: Tell me straight through, how did the 8 bilyon be enought for the 9 bilyon damages as what he said in satement on the press?

mao ra na akong question nmo, dli pa jud ka mka answer? tsk tsk tsk

ang question nako bai BOOT noh, simple, y man mag hinambog imong IDOL, when infact, dli pa gani sakto iyang datos(data)... pwde man mo ingon lng nga naay calamity fund for the affected areas, why give it a very grandeus meaning that it can solve the problem... liman ka dli man gani i.hurot.... tsk tsk tsk

    WAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
surender ko sa kabogo nimo oi. hehe
it clearly shows you are ignorant on how the government spend for calamities.
kanang 9.5 billion mga data na nga gikoleta aside from agricultural apil ana ang damages sa personal property like TV nga naguba tungod sa baha. unsay pagtoo nimo mamalit ang gobyerno ug bag-ong TV? unsa, insurance company? LOLz

here is a trivia idiot to give you an idea how the government spend for calamities.

In 2009, Ondoy and Pepeng alone left the country P12 billion peso damages. The Arroyo government spent only P9+ billion on calamity funds from 2001 to 2010 that's for her entire nine years in office. Of course apil pa ana ang calamity fund nga napunta sa bulsa niya.

    sige katawa sa imong kabogs!
