Religious leader di ay imong gisimba? Abi nako ug ang gino o? Why worry about the religious leader if you love GOD stop your criticize to others, criticize yourself twice first. I don't care about my religious leaders akong gisimba ang GIno o man dli sila and perhaps walay perfect nga tawo sa kalibutan not even you. Godbless you I hope you will be enlightened.....Originally Posted by hirohito
bai, brod springfield was reacting to the issue, not the religious leaders. twas a statement countering generalization of fratmen as a bad sector as a whole. pls read carefuly the posts so as to avoid off-topic post replies.
and one more thing, brods or not, let's not involve "faith and GOD" here, if u may.

The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it.
Sorry, for the off topic response. I was trying to response to this person nga instead of spending your time sa fraternity, much better sa church ministry then ni criticize and usa nga mga hypocrits ang nasa church ministry. The issue is which one is better fraternity or church ministry? What can you achieve for being a Frat Member? Trouble? or asking attention from your BRO's and SIS, the attention that you can get at home where your parents are busy making money and have no time for you. Remember, life in the Philippines is hard and you need to go to school to learn something not to join those organizations that can't give you any moral and financial support in the future. Beware those good and bad fraternities dili na ma oy mohatad ninyo ug future . I'm against the FRAT war. Any Frat member who loves trouble they should join the military or rebels. I used to be a member of GANG in Cebu in the mid70's and a FRAT member in late 80's sa USC-TC and I experienced PEACE when I was a member of a CHURCH CHOIR.Originally Posted by potterboy

I heartly appreciate your move dmcebu for pointing out your biography of having PEACE in you. pero its what moves you to earn that PEACE... right?
I have a strong faith to GOD in myself though im not a member of any religious orgs. And lets face it, Personal Accomplishment for Peace is gain if we chose to although there may/must be an intervention for that to happen.
With this topic, brod Springfield is pointing out about facts in general, may it be any under the sun... and in this case, it doesnt exempt the religious community. Correct me if i am wrong pero dont you notice anything wrong with your religous community that we cant relate to the topic?
If so, then you must be very lucky... coz to sum it all, you have your views and we have ours...
PEACE!
FRAT WAR our young people don't need that..... Study shows in order to solve this problem, parents should get involve. Students should work for their future but not to fool around and join Fraternity or gangs. Actually what happen in CEBU is not Frat WAR thats gang war like what happened to us in around mid 70's early 80's. FF of ABELLANA, DAlton of USP, APO NI JUDAS of CCC. If you ask me what happened to most of the member that I knew. 60% are already dead, 30% are in JAIL 15% are working and some jobless, 5% are missing(maybe salvaged) or going under ground.
So, Frat leaders come on now, lead those members into positive ways. Protect the integrity of your FRATERNITY and do some civic works for the cities or towns. We know you can guys can do it. MAybe prayer meeting every Friday or SUnday.
wla jud nay padulngan inyong away...
HAZOLA RA.!!!
among lang civilian ninyo.!!
panaghi-usa ang gikinahanglan sa atong katilingban karon...
unya inyo pa jung samotan!!!!
What I was saying was true .... you dont need to say something if wa ka naigo bai . In response being me spending more time in the fraternity than the church is not the issue , the issue was if you read it again closely was ... if you join one , then you will become a less sinner , got it ?Originally Posted by dmcebu
This is not the issue here , refer above bai .The issue is which one is better fraternity or church ministry
My parents at home never missed a second in giving me the right attention I need thus I conclude that I obviously joined AKP not to get attention from my BRODS and SIS . By the way , talking about my achievements from the fraternity is too long to list here physically , mentaly and spiritually .What can you achieve for being a Frat Member? Trouble? or asking attention from your BRO's and SIS, the attention that you can get at home where your parents are busy making money and have no time for you.
For the record , I am an alumni and a proffesional individual . I already finished school . If you dont know the essence of the WHAT , WHEN , WHERE , WHY and HOW of FRATERNITIES then you are single outing AKP . tsk tsk tsk ... bad cheetah ....Remember, life in the Philippines is hard and you need to go to school to learn something not to join those organizations that can't give you any moral and financial support in the future.
That is very true bai ... now we are talking about the ISSUE here that you might find PEACE somewhere else by joining CHURCH GROUPS. You got confused on HHIROHITOS replies so ok na ta ??Beware those good and bad fraternities dili na ma oy mohatad ninyo ug future . I'm against the FRAT war. Any Frat member who loves trouble they should join the military or rebels. KUDOS Brod Springfield, bai dmcebu and to those people who were anti-fraternity. Matod pa ni bai dmcebu nga nobody is perfect and I agree with you bai. Pero ang kadaghanan sa akong na-ilhan kay supportive man ang ilahang ginikanan. Especially kadtong mga parents nga nakahibalo sa among mga community services, etc. As an AKP Alumni base in abroad, we are trying to coordinate with our brods in PI to end the non-sense frat-war. And encourage them to continue our humanitarian services.
