sa mga nahibal-an nako kay exercise, diet and discipline.. nag start pako ana. hopefully effective cya.
best way is to discipline yourself gyud...
Simple way no kay eat right and in moderation, cut the junkies and sweet drinks and plenty of water.
I-limit imong kaon. Ang kan-on ra for breakfast kay oat meal. Then kung mahimo, ayaw kaon lunch. Then ang dinner kay gamaaay ra kaau ang kan-a. Ayaw patintal sa mga soft drinks, junk foods, sweets and other foods. Kung gusto ka mo-niwang, you need to have discipline and control of yourself.![]()

i agree. try sad mo sa renefx. it has a fat burning effect
