suyop dili bitaw hehehe... suwayi daw three-day fruit diet... for three days you're going to eat nothing but fruits... whenever you feel hungry munch on an apple or banana or any fruit, and wash it down with water...
ps you're only allowed to drink water when your taking this kind of diet... and did i mention nga maayo ni sa skin?
