Basing on your question, i can also ask Why is there a white man if we really came from africans. Answer is Albinos, dna mutation.

There's a chance during an early stage in our development when things didnt go as planned. Thus creating a different new breed. Homo Sapiens didnt evolve because of our brains, but it started from Bipedalism, the ability to walk on two feet, from there it freed our hands and gave us the ability to make stone tools. And yes, our ancient ancestors were primitive apelike creatures that actually walk on two feet. i can give you video links, that if your interested.

Apes and humans differ from all of the other primates in that they lack external tails. They also are more intelligent and more dependent for survival on learned behavior patterns. There are several internal body differences as well, such as the absence of an appendix in monkeys.

The apes and humans are members of the same superfamily, the Hominoidea. Until the last few years, humans were separated into their own family within this superfamily because it was believed that we are significantly different from the apes. However, recent genetic studies and discoveries from the fossil record have made it clear that some of the apes are more similar to humans than previously believed. Subsequently, the living hominoids are now commonly classified into only two families with humans grouped with the great apes:

Gibbons and orangutans live in Southeast Asia, while gorillas, chimpanzees, and bonobos are exclusively African apes. Humans originated in Africa as well.

You dont need to fill in the blanks with GOD, to complete the sentence of morality.
So the criteria of what is Good for you is based from what you think, right? You follow your own Basis of morality because you dont believe in an Absolute morality as Theist does. So what if other Atheist say killing this person is GOOD because it can make his life good, Is he Immoral/bad to you? if yes, Based on whos Criteria?

So its your personal Judgment diay. So Hitler believed it is the RIGHT thing to kill millions of Jews to clean his country and push the Aryan race to dominate. is Hitler bad or Good? from who's criteria of Judgment, yours or Him?
