Where can we file a complain if we encounter a rude tourist?

Please someone call the authorities, someone isn't being nice to me. I demand tourists to be nice to me! .. but other Pinoys can abuse me as much as they want.

Depends on your definition of 'rude' If you see one breaking the law, go straight to the police and report him and have him prosecuted, the same as any other country If he did'nt smile back at you or refused to let you sit beside him in Starbucks it's not an offence. I don't know if actuially being rude is against the law anywhere in the world!! If he has been rude to you or unpolite in anyway just call him an 'a$$hole'

Well some tourist thinks they own Philippines, which is bad. I just thought lately, if we give foreigners a chance to own LOTS in the country, the more that they will treat us so bad siguro. So maybe we should really stick to foreigners cannot own a land except CONDO.

Its for good right now.. coz we need there dollars to bost our economy..but later this will be a bad situation..times comes that we will be over populated by aliens.

How do some foreigners think they own the Philippines, genuine question? If I saw a fellow foreigner being rude to a local I would say something. So, it's OK for us to allpw filippinos to own land in our country and all over the world but we cannot own land in your country? Is that what you think? I would love to buy a house in your country, that would bring tax dollars(sorry, pesos) to your country, that would provide employment for up to 1 year for builders, it would provide business for suppliers of building materials, but you don't want that, instead I'll just rent and pay cash to the owner of the property so no taxes get paid, that makes a lot of sense!!!
