MEGADOME PROJECT: Do you want it in Cebu or Mandaue?

Hello! I Really Think That The Megadome Project Should Be Anywhere in Cebu Reclamation Area As long As it meets the best criteria.
To Put This Multi Million Project in "Queen Of The South" Is A Big Bonus because
It well attract both Local and foriegn Tourists and Big Investors both locally and foriegn.
It will give people in the country a sense of Pride and Joy as well as great Entertainment.

Requirement to succeed to this project:

1. Location:
Build the Megadome where there is plenty of space for it.
Build The Megadome where they can provide plenty of car parks.
Build the Megadome where it does not cause congestion or traffic.
Build the Megadome where it can provide easy accessibility of Hotel,
Restaurant,And Entertainment,and Great Shopping facilities,
Build the megadome where you can put more great projects like the theme park or liesure facilities.
Build the Megadome where it stands out and can be called special "The best in the world."
Build The Megadome in a nice environment not in polluted area or Dirty place.
Build the Megadome in a centralize area where it attracts a volume of people.

Transportations:
Railway.
Port.
Ferries.
Jeepneys.
Taxi.
Private Car Hire.
Airport.
Taxi Horse.

Megadome in Mandaue i think is more practical than to have it in Cebu City. that megadome, i understand would serve as convention center for the coming ASEAN Summit on December. have it in Mandaue kay dool sa airport and hotels.

besides, that woulld be financed by the Provincial Government.. dili man gani manghatag si Tomas even a piece of the SRP sa Talisay, sa Cebu Province na ba?

Tommy will not give it for FREE to Talisay because it is a personal rift between the Cebu & Talisay gov't and/or mayors.Â* I believe Tommy's reason is valid.

Tommy already said that he will give the land for FREE for the megadome project.

Tomas may have unorthodox methods or strange way of running things but he sure has a clearer objective and better vision than any local politician in Cebu Province.

if Tomas can give a part of the SRP for the megadome, oh well, thats nice. but i am not sure if the national government had given the SRP land titles to Cebu City already, so, dili pa kaboot si Tomas ana.
