u seen the pagasa website already? they already hv satellite feeds, but again, its the "precision" that is the problem...how to narrow it more down close to accurate is w/ the help of higher technology ra gyud...pero bisag unsaon, it will never reach 99% accuracy...

also, "probability" comes into play here. where and how far the winds might change direction, if it increase or decrease speed by how much...

The typhoon Mina will make its landfall by tonight. The local and national governments are just being responsible in evacuating the people in the Bicol region to minimize casualties if not have a zero-casualty record. It is better to prepare now than be sorry later. PAGASA made the forecast based on the results in their satellite. Check out international news channels and they'll be showing similar weather reports that the storm is in our area. We must be thankful that there is a very quick response this time to prevent deaths and minimize damage only to property.

just stop blaming PAG-ASA kai as they say weather is really unpredictable..sakto pud ang ingon ni INFRACTION nga if naa low pressure andam na dayon tah..ang knang mga forecast sa PAG-ASA mu-serve na cya as warning..kelangan andam na..as Kuya Kim says at the end of his forecast: "Walang pinsala sa pamilyang laging handa" char! haha lets also use our common sense..dba kato nga time mga 4pm kusug man ang hangin? tingog pa gani ang hangin so it's obvious nga bagyo na gyd nah plus uwan2x pa gyud..dba? and before ato giforecast nga tngali mu-hit sa cebu dapat andam na gyud..ang uwan2x ato since the night before pa gud unya wala hunong2x... so mao rana xa..bow! and also ang government sad bah provide sd tah na cla ug funds pra sa atong weather agency oi..maau lang manghatag ug cash gifts sa iyang mga allies pero luoy au ang PAG-ASA..wahehehhe
