my golly its so hot it needs 3 fans!!

The 360 already have a internal fan, but the problem was that the hot air stays a little bit longer inside the console thus making the games freeze.Â* The intercooler sucks out the hot air.Â* And right now the back of my 360 does not dissipates hot air anymore and all of the sleeples nights in competing on-line w/ PGR 3 & GRAW is now Flawless.Â*

How's the noise level though with the extra fans? My 360 has been running fine since I got it without a single freeze yet (touch wood), and thats hours of gaming every single day. But I will consider something like this if it's not that noisy.

There's some humming noise but not nearly as a portable vacuum humming noise. It sounds like a portable electric fan.

Sweeeet. I read this article today though bout MS switching 360's CPU production from 90nm to 65nm which should help cool down the beast. A bit too late for early buyers now like us eh? Damn you MS.

@Obemon, do you have PGR 3? I just downloaded the Speed Pack Content that adds 12 cars in its existing Roster. That includes the
2005 Nissan NISMO Skyline GT-R Z-tune..man this car just tears the track. And also the only 4 Banger (Cylinders) in the enitre roster of cars, 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR FQ400 which can give the Ferrari 575M Maranello a run of its money.

PS3 is a lot better specs wise to 360 or a very obviuos reason. the 360/ps3/rev are great consoles it really matters on what type of games you want to play on your console a friend of mine has an xobx360 and the games are awesome pero its not really my type also dali ra kaayo iyang online gaming thru xbox live just install the xbox live software and have a dsl connection. dunno about sony's play online tho. but if you ask me which console im getting its gotta be the ps3 since i love those RPG's on the playstation.

Nah mate. I'm not really a big racing fan. I did have PGR2 back in the ol Xbox but I didn't even manage to play it. It pretty much just collected dust til I traded it for another game. At the moment, I got GRAW & COD2. I was this close of getting Oblivion for the 360 but manage to get a copy of the PC version (hehe). Will get BF2:MC in the next few days since I enjoyed the demo I downloaded from Live quite a bit.

I agree. It's all bout the games. Who will win this next-gen console war? I don't care. As long as quality games continue rolling, I'm happy.
