I used to be with HR and been handling ops for some time now... so I do interviews... For me, one of my favorite question that applicants would dread is "what can I tell you in order for me to persuade you not to proceed with your application...

i've been employed in the call center industry for almost 2 years now..maau gani na answer nako ila questions..never thought they'd buy my answer.

Logic is if they say a valid reason lets say a negative one... it gives me as a recruiter a reason not to hire that person specially if that reason most likely would affect your operations. If the applicant would confidently say NONE... confidence level is something to be admired. If they ask questions like "why"... that applicant is analytical and exceptional. Exceptional people would always ask why and how...
There are a lot of things that you could find out about an applicant if you start with this question.
Does everybody agree with me? Please share your thoughts on this one.
Just to share, people i interviewed before and passed this question are now supes and leaders in their own leagues. Both inbound and outbound...
