Well, blame the government. Uneducated people still votes these type of politicians and this is the reality. Sadly, I can say I'm 1 of them if there are no other option to choose.

I'm just saying lack of education proves it all. its like a disease..nobody in the government try to solve it... if ma lessen ang mga illegal settlers or less educated individuals and will find proper education and soon finding a decent jobs then I think thats all solves the problem. Practical opinion ra ni akoa sir @The_JACKAL ...just like Marcos b4... bisan daghan gipangkawat pero daghan mn pud ang gibuhat nga maayo..
