my thoughts:
sweldo: consider applying to another company, call center pays better than this
benefits: only healthcare is great ( you have to pay part of it anyway)
people: some good people are gone, turn overs are fast..fresh grad, alot
work: Not loaded, enough time to msn and do other stuff.
environment: great except for sharing of cubes
apsr and evaluation: im curious if the ones evaluating knows exactly the work of whom he evaluates? if not, percentage is not based on performance but on gut-feel.
sweldo: no comment
benifits: travel benifit is great (this is biased since not all of us got to travel)
people: no comment
work: well as for me I am loaded.
environment: it was great last year.. now it's really crowded.
apsr: fixed? or they just don't know how to evaluate employees since they don't have any idea of what we're doing... percentage based on gut-feelinghmmm.. true for some teams.

about sa sweldo ayaw nalang ta kay ang mo rate sa imong performance si RA. dili inyong manager mao lang ni ang kabati kay si RA or HR sa akong na hibaw an kung hatagan ka ug 10 na rating ila na himoun ug 5(matud pa sa mga source). hehehehehe!
ang ubang info ba, basin naay truth pero sa una ra tingali... akong advice is this. For those who wants to apply at NCR, go for it. Ang mga taw nga naa problema sa NCR, ilaha pud na... Everybody has a different personality when it comes to work environment. Basin kadtong ganahan mu-apply sa company kay mag-enjoy ra diay sila sa company inig sud kay lahi ilang perspective. Ako lang suggestion is, sa mga ganahan mu-apply, hala apply! and if you don't like it then resign. Pero if you don't try it at all, then you will never know what you missed out. And I say this not just for NCR. It's for all companies. Anyways, wala may perfect company. It just so happens, nga naa lay thread about NCR and kadtong naay problem with the company, kay naka-voice out sila... I guess if naay thread ang ubang companies, naa sad tingali mu-voice out didto... D baWhat you think
You decide for yourself... Ang mga nag-reklamo diri kay kasuway naman jud ni cla... Let's just respect their experiences. Pero kung personalay na gali, ay dili lang nato labuton ang company, kay dili naman na professional ug dating... Just my POV.

my advice is:
you dont need to look for politics inside, even if you mind your own business, theres alot of people out there who doesnt mind their own business...hmmmm, software group esp ___ team..
if you work there just to find it out then maybe your wasting your time, many people cant go wrong, although i know alot that has been posted here are below the belt and unprofessional, if youre going to read between the lines, you will know. The company itself is Good, the people especially the lower level management is nevermind.
If you insist to work there, then maybe its worth applying for the hardware team.

temporary ra ang nightshift sa NCR.. recently the situation is getting better na.. problem lang is ang ubang tao is still thinking it's like hell.. ilaha sad na.
