    I blame SM 100%

what is the maximum weight of the child? what is the size of the child's head? get the maximum force that the child can exert divided by the area of the child's head in contact with the glass and you will get the amount of force the glass might have sustained in Pound / meter squared. subtract this to the manufacturer's load limit on the glass, take in consideration the age of the glass and the wear and tear. and you will get a negative value.. in laymen's terms the glass was unsafe in the first place.. The child wouldn't have fell if the glass was strong enough.. It was supposed to be strong enough.. It needs to be strong enough.. That is why I do not blame the parent. because I know how weak the structure is

These are SAFETY DEVICES... they should be designed to handle a beating... no excuses... excuses cause accidents like this

Still me as a parent, we are liable with our kids 24/7, we have to be watchful of our kids.

Kamo ba!

Kung american or european mentality palang, first order of the day kay mo file na ug kaso ang ginikanan against sa SM Management.

Bisan dako kaayo na sila nga organization, mo hatag jud na sila ug appreciable settlement kay ilaha mang sala.
