    Asa dapit sa mindanao bai? I do have a little idea sa mga road projects dinha sa Northern Mindanao particularly Region 10, but I don't see that specific scenario wherein the DPWH destroyed good roads (kanang structurally sound ha based on scientific tests dili kanang storya-storya lang sa mga tao) and then build a new one. But there was one exception in 2011 where they destroyed a newly built reblocking project along the Iligan-Butuan highway. The project was from the GMA administration, and the Pnoy Admin thru DPWH Singson found out it was way substandard. Nipis kaayo ang concrete, almost 3 to 4 inches ang difference. Makita nimo ang difference because these road reblocking projects already started during the previous admin and is still continuing to this day. They filed a case against the contractor and did not pay the balance.

    There was a reblocking project near my house sometime in 2012. It was such a hassle and inconvenience especially on my part where I don't have other options but to traverse that road on my daily work. Daghan reklamo and the usual rants ngano kuno gubaon ang dalan nga "ok pa man". Almost 70% of the 2 km stretch of road was replaced and as a bonus it was widened by adding a lane on each side making it 4 lanes na. The remaining 20% or 30% of the old road seems good and hamis pa lantawon. The project was finished in early 2013 and everybody is happy. My average speed on the new road is now 40kph from the previous 20kph. Going back to the remaining 30% of the old road, I realized that our assumption na lig-on ug hamis pa was wrong and inaccurate, coz lately we noticed that potholes and big cracks are forming.. and mao nasad ni mka hassle kay imbes nindot na imo dagan sa sakyanan mukalit lang kag hinay and brake on that old portions of the road.

    sa Zamboanga del sur bro.. actually pagadian amoa then tabok2x ko from Pagadian to margos.. grabeh diha kay kana hapit na eleksyon gub-on jud nla dalan maskin semintado or spalto pero nindot pa.. ila jud na tuyoan guba.. sauna rpud to pnhon kay Arroyo Administration. grabeh kurap sa DPWH kay my uncle work in DPWH Zambo. del sur.

    Actually bro maklaro gyud nga national na nga budget, pero ang mga tawo nga nagdumala ang local government. Sila maoy mo oversee ana.

    Makasulti gyud ko nga national budget siya kay major roads and highways ang gi work dili ang kanang mga roads sa suok2x.

    Matingala lage ka nganong halos kada 1 or 4 years gub-on nga ang mga semento nga karsada tagpila man unta na katuig usa maguba..
