The NDF-North Central Mindanao calls on all patriotic and well meaning Filipino people to heed the call for systemic change--- the call for Macapagal-Arroyo’s ouster is one of the steps prior to dismantling the dictatorship of big bourgeois compradors’ and big landlords’ who are in cahoots with their US imperialist master!


The NDF-North Central Mindanao unites with patriotic and well meaning Filipino people throughout the country in their struggle to ferret out the truth and attain justice in the face of Macapagal-Arroyo’s intransigence and obstinacy in clinging to power!



The people’s overwhelming discontent and disgust in her more than 4-year stint in Malacañang have now spilled over from its container gauge of anger and hate surpassing even that of the late dictator Marcos!


No matter what Macapagal-Arroyo and her handlers say, what is happening now in our country is a de facto martial law embellished with phrases like “government takeover,” “calibrated preemptive response,” “coordinated and synchronized campaign,” etc., etc. But no amount of martial rule can quell the Filipino people’s cry for truth and justice. The people’s determination is likened to a flowing water which no matter how blocked would find passage either aboveground or underground.The people’s will to liberate themselves from this grave oppression and exploitation cannot be foiled.


Arroyo is paranoid thinking that by bribing the top brasses of the military and police hierarchy and civil bureaucracy with slush funds, lucrative positions and promotions she can contain the restive masses of workers and peasants, of urban poor, of professionals, of church people and the ranks of the military and police who are out to oust her! On the contrary it only inflames the more the people’s wrath especially the rank and file soldiers of the AFP and PNP! This cannot hold for long especially when faced with the uncontrollable rage of the people in seething anger!


Just like to what have happened recently in Ecuador. The declaration of martial rule have only lead their president’s resignation. So too with Bolivia and Mauritania who have ousted their puppet presidents!


The situation now is likened to a painful boil which at the slightest prick of the needle would burst the pus out of Arroyo’s stench! And the prick is there now! Arroyo’s stench have become all too unbearable with resignations after resignations of her civilian confidantes and some active officers in the military. The foreseeable downfall of Arroyo’s regime is imminent like crumbling dominoes! The people’s continuing struggle since the 1896 revolution have protractedly gained ascendancy.
