use the garlic or onion method bro. it works like a charm, stinks too. though i consume ashitaba and it works well too without the smelly factor.

gurl pareha jud ta prob but u know wat nakakita nako sa solution try da ginseng shampoo sa ricky reyes...kadtong tag 230.00 or kadto bang shampoo nga naa na conditioner nga tag 230.00 ghapon...usually lalaki kasagaran mo palit aning kalimot nako sa name... pero suggest ko kanang ikaduha palita kanang w/ conditioner na ky mas effective...trust meh... dli naka mag falling hair mao na ako gamit karon... :mrgreen:

Hi guys, i'm having the same problem but karon lang jud ko na-alarm sa rate sa akong hairfall. in as much as i want to read everything on this thread, i barely got the time to go online and just browse through... so i'll just reply/post here and hope you guys can help.

i naturally have thick, straight hair... i think nakabantay ko ninipis akong hair starting high school (?) pero ni nipis jud siya as in kanang nakabantay na jud ko katong nagpa relax ko pag 4th year college. nasamotan pa jud katong nagpa-parlor ko sa Salon de Rose kung giunsa toh niya akong hairstyle pag ring hop namo nga perti nang gahi-a sa akong buhok the next day.

HAIR FALL is normal. we lose around 50 strands in a day man siguro (i forgot sa akong nabasahan). but when i started working na-alarm na jud ko. kay my hair fall is starting to become NOT NORMAL.

honestly, i'm not the kind of person nga mag shampoo and conditioner every day. sometimes i alternate them. kung naa ra ko sa balay the whole day, i would skip a day nga di ko mag (either) shampoo ug conditioner. i know nga ang chemicals sa shampoo maka stiff sa hair and ang conditioner maoy makapanipis.

now that i'm alarmed, i usually use either VOLUMIZING or HAIR FALL CONTROL shampoos but to no avail. it doesn't work for me. personally, ganahan ko mugamit og VCO or natural coconut oil kay i know it helps pero i can't afford to go to work and smell like coconut oil. sad to say, karon, i'm using Tresseme hair fall control shampoo pero nisamot akong buhok. i tried to read the tips online, i follow it pero wa lang gihapon. worried na kaayo ko kay hastang nipisa na sa akong buhok. kung sa una halos di nako ma-tie akong hair nga ikaduhaon pag tuyok ang hair tie, karon kay bisan ikaduhaon og twist, murag makaya pa og 3.

i need help. CHEAP help, please. in as much as i want to consult to the expert, nothing beats the "old" ways. i think akong mama nagtuno na og lubi but it would take days for the oil to settle and ready for use.

but if naa pa moy tips, please do let me know.

p.s.
i don't usually tie my hair. i love letting it down. and tying my hair would just cause more hair fall. mamugong ra jud ko kung di na makaya ang kainit sa panahon.
