We are a Cultural Exchange organization with over ten years of experience in the luxury hospitality field. Our company specializes in assisting highly educated, qualified and multilingual students / young professionals from all around the world in achieving their primary career goals. ITN handles the targeted search for a suitable position and can process all of the paperwork required to obtain the adequate visa (J-1 Intern, J-1 Trainee or J1- Work and Travel) for their chosen Career Training Program .

We are currently offering Internship Program/Training for Office Management, Office Administration Students who will be assigned at our satellite office in Makati. We will be providing monthly stipend/allowance.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Assists our Compliance Department with the following:

- Responsible for collecting all documents after the registration of the applicant
- Send out placement confirmation to candidates
- Review and verify applicants documents are correct and update database
-Upload complete files into Sponsors database (CENET & ASSE) – ITN LA will verify and submit
-Update ITN database with Embassy appointment, approval and flight information

Requirements:
•Candidate must be currently pursuing a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Office Management, Office Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 200 hours
No. of required hours (at least 8 hours minimum for a day)
