    Hello Everyone! Count me in.

    I will weigh myself later after work. Honestly, I'm so depressed sa akong kadako karon. 5'2 akong height. Before I always do hollahop at home and jogging every weekend. Morning mag rice jud ko 1 Cup and in the afternoon no rice and in the evening half rice rapud. Di man gud ko vege lovers. I hate jud kaayo kanang lamas but I love fruits and drink water jud ko at least 5-6 glass of water everyday. I was able to do this before even nigh shift akong schedule. Grbe ko maka holahop sa amo den mag dance2x pud ko with my cousin.

    Karon nawala njud, and mo agree jud ko ninyu anang sa start lisod jud kaayo...malipong ka, sakit imo ulo kaaayooo...but on the later part maanada na imo lawas. Di sad dapat dili mo kaon... lisod jud kaayo pag una. Karon ako balik ko pagamay kay labi na akong height 5'2 unya di kaayo masyadong kaputian morena hehehe.

    Update unya ko diri and will post my weight by tomorrow after nako og weigh.

    Mao ni ako plan guys.

    Since ako duty kay 4am -1pm man.

    Ineg abot nako balay I will eat Quaker Oats and more fruits jud. Makatintal usahay mga food sa balay since ako mga good cook kaayo naa man mi gamay tindahan and namaligya sad si mi og pospas, champorado, benignit, bud2x, chiffon (anitas), buko pandan og unsa panang pang snack. Negosyante si Mudra gud hehehe since elementary pami. Makatintal sa amo kay way nag diet ako ra hehehe duha rami igsuon unya laki ang usa unya di na kaayo mo puyo ako kuya sa balay kay naa naman siya baby gud.

    Mao usahay ako partner sa pag hollahop ako cousin nga bata 8 years old. Supportive kaayo, gi adopt man ni mama katong pag patay sa iyang papa.

    Detailed ra kaayo ko? hahaha


    Back to business. So mao to, after work nako karon mag quaker oats rako or cereal unya paresan og apple plus water.
    Sleep man ko mga 6pm or 7pm usahay earlier than that.

    Ineg mata nako mga 1am or 2am mag rice ko one cup and ok ra kanang ham or hotdog ipares?

    Two -Three times ko mag holahop in one week and Sunday mag jogging.

    What do you think, ok ni siya nga Routine?


    I would appreciate any advice coming from you guys.

    Anyway, I ditched my fruit diet because it's Pasta night for dinner and I was cooking...

    Good Morning everyone! Apil ko ani!

    I have hormonal imbalance which means, hinay kaayo akong metabolism.
    But I'm taking meds to make it normal, (my OB told me makaniwang akong meds, if mag control sa kaon! So cheat ni siya nako gamay. hehehe)


    Anyway, I was 120 lbs before, 5'4 akong height. After I gave birth, I gained 65 pounds. YES, 65 pounds jud. So now, I'm trying to bring my sexy body back. Aside from that, daghan na kaayo kog gibati nga sakit. Sakit akong likod, tuhod, and so much more.

    I hope we can do this!

    Starting weight nako: 185 pounds. We'll see pila akong na lose inig jan 15.

    By the way, para sa akong workout, dili jud nako makaya ang zumba. Mag-abot jud akong ginhawa. whew.

    I do Walking Exercises instead.

    Search for Leslie Sansone on Youtube. Nindot iyang walking exercises pang cardio. maligo jud ka ug singot. Try her 4-mile walk challenge.

    It's been 1 week since we started this thread/program/lifestyle change, wa pa gehqpon ta ko nakasugod sa workout but like the sayin goes, its 30% workout and 70% diet. During the past week, my daily caloric intake is less than 1200 calories. Hopefully naa koy makitang results by the 15th. I feel great though
