purchased this monitor just now.. its a nice monitor.. nice built quality, ayus iyang panel kay flat najud ang front, ayus ang stand, dili wobbly.. but i must admit, side-by-side with my LG Flatron IPS234V, inferior siya Out-of-the-Box.. dili ko satisfied sa color saturation niya.. tried different mode, tried calibrating manually, pero dili jud ko masatisfy.. unlike sa LG, didn't even change a single setting, ayus na calibration out-of-the-box - very nice color reproduction!

to some it up, my Personal Verdict: get an LG IPS instead of this.. antusa lang ang wobbly nga stand and "plasticy feel" sa LG.. IMHO, LG has better color saturation / reproduction.. if you can still get an IPS234V, i can recommend that.. kung wala na, ok pud siguro ang LG IPS237L since successor man siya sa IPS234V, "improved" version daw na..

well, i have never tried LG IPS monitor nga kapareho sa price range sa in ani nga monitor, which is the 237L, pero daghan man gud bad reviews, i dont know why, and compared to the reviews to this monitor, layo jud ang reviews, but i tried looking for the LG first but discontinued product naman kuno, so i went nalang for this monitor.

oh, nice to know na dili diay kaayu ayus ang successor nga model (IPS237L).. i haven't tried it man gud.. IPS234V ra ako naTry, which is very very satisfying..

by the way, after a few hours of calibrating manually the ASUS VX239H, nakuha na naku akong preferred setting.. pare-pareho na jud siya sa configuration aning LG IPS234V.. but still, as per my observation, mas ayus ghapon ug brightness uniformity ning LG IPS234V naku compared aning ASUS VX239H..
