sa ako nga part, makasulti ko redundant na ang drug test sa license renewal because as an employee, we do have annual physical exams which includes standard drug tests...so with this given, it would have been more appropriate to enforce drug testing during the renewal of licenses only to self-employed/unemployed drivers...

and come to think of it, mas kuyaw man siguro pa-draybon ug sakyanan ang hubog kaysa adik...unsa man pud ilang prevention anang mga drivers nga alcoholic? kay usually ra ba either hubog or mechanical failure ang common causes of road accidents based sa atong mabasahan sa news...pero i would strongly suggest they mandate drug testing sa kanang mga mo-drive of public transport just to ensure commuter safety...
