    The secret is there is no secret.

    I was a chain smoker for more than 10 years. 1-2 packs a day. Sometimes I could finish 3-4 packs if I go out for drinks with my barkada. I was overweight, and very unhealthy. My doctor said I wound't live long if I don't clean up my act. That's when I stopped everything. I stopped drinking and stopped smoking.

    I stopped completely. Wala ko nag gradual2x. Cold turkey dritso. First few weeks was really hard but I managed. Going for 2 years smoke-free this September. My advice would be to start exercising once you quit. It helped for me.

    ako undang ko ug cigarette for 4 years pero morag nag pop na sad ko ron ug 4 sticks mga weeks na.lisora undang oi maau ta mawala na ni wala na man gud simba2 mao ng hapit na sad ma pariwara..huhuhu

    sus lisura ani, more than 10 yrs ko smoker nka undang ko for 8 months, nag withdrawal ko after 1 week ato kay ni dritso kog undang, wala nko hinay hinaya kay mao ra gihapong sturyaa maka smoke ra japon ka if hinay hinayon nya mao to ni go on to for 1 month kapin, nya during atong tyma kay grabe lisud jd kaayo sige ra kog crave, sapoton, pangatol, ug mag damgo pa jd ko nga ni smoke daw kuno ko balik nya maka guilty pa jd ug maayo kay mura jd ug tinuod... nya mao to nagkadugay nagka hinay2 hinuon ug ka lessen ang cravings pero as in hinaaaaay jd kaayo kay bisag sa 8th month nko nga nka undang mag crave man gihapon ko pero dili na pareho ka grabe compared atong sa 1st 3 months, murag ana ra siguro na TS ingna lng imong papa nga ang lisud ra jd ana kay ang 1st few months after ana kay malimtan nlng man, sauna kada human kaon mu smoke jd ko karon ice cream nlng man ako pangitaon, good luck sa imong papa TS kay na perti raba jung lisura undangon aning bisyoha tsk2
