Definitely not during his term as a Rep kay the position would require a bill passed in Congress. Nerissa did her part but Radaza more by seeing it through from the Senate to the President. oftentimes, it is the constituent that made them what they are. we are looking for straight leaders but we ourselves oftentimes resorted to red tape and under the table, be it small scale like using fixers to process government transactions, or for large businessmen, paying millions for padulas. We are loud in our complaints, but are we loud in our actions for the community? are we paying correct taxes? do we cross the streets on designated pedestrian lanes? do we wait for PUVs in designated stops? do we segregate our garbage? i am not saying "he who has no sin cast the first stone" but i hope we will realize that they are not just to blame. if we want our communities to be better, we can start it in our home, in our immediate neighbors, in our barangay. i know some of you will say, sus kalabad anang akong mga silingan, gapataka rag labay sa basura. multiply it a thousand times, that is the problem of our government. if we can only be vigilant and do our share, we can make it easier for them and make them focus on more significant concerns. just saying.
