a big NO. not all filipinos are, that is. Juan is lazy, but that doesn't sum up to all Filipinos are lazy.

You can increase the fines like for jay walking kay 5000 pesos plus 24 hours of community service.. for overspeeding say 25000 plus 2 weeks suspension of drivers license and for urinating anywhere say 30000 plus 1 month of community service or a week in jail..

PTCFOR shouldn't be restricted only to people who have death treats, it should also be affordable so that more people will be armed, so that they can learn to fight for themselves. hinay man gud mu respond ang police.
