TS that's one experience that can ruin your day. It's true most of us are depending on our ATMs to get money but when kan-on sa ATM ang money the best thing to do is keep the transaction receipt as proof then go or call the bank. They will help you verify and then give you the timeline on when the money will be retruned. I would suggest you follow up on this to ensure you get your money back soon. One friend of mine was given 15 working days. Para nako that is too long a time to wait for the money to be returned... hope all goes well TS..
