Yes, seven eleven to open in Cebu soon !!! Where? I'm pretty sure they will be the ones to operate on most of Convenience store found in Caltex Gas Stations (Star Mart) that is in Mango, Ave., North Reclaim and I think right in the area of where Tune Hotel is. ... And yes, it's not just your any ordinary Convenience Store, it's 7-eleven !!!
