It's probably because of our economic condition here in the Philippines. I notice, there many investors here like most of them are chinese and other americans. i consider sad nimo kung unsay ranking sa country ug iya currency, its abit stupid to say tungod sa corruption, corruption doesnt dictate them rate (enough with corruption we already know)...

Try going to Manila where cost of living is higher , makita nimo mas taas pod ang wages didto of a comparable job here in Cebu .
