Ok, lets just be honest here. We all know about the financial crisis right? Well that was, fundamentally caused by fractional reserve banking. Basically the banks don’t hold enough money to cover what they are lending. Its fine if only a few percent of people ever want to withdraw their money, but it collapses if more do. For example, for every $10 deposited in a bank they can lend out $100 – creating $90 from nothing.
This is essentially the same system as what JBP are doing. You could say “so what, if the banks do it” – well, I would just say that the banks are incomprehensibly bigger and do also have other assets that are ‘real’ to offset the risk somewhat. JBP doesn’t. It is a house of cards. People claim its not a pyramid of ponzi scheme, but it clearly is – its just dressed up as something different. It will grow for a certain time for sure, and some people will ‘make’ money – but at some point it will collapse and any ‘investments’ you have in their system will be lost. If, to counter that, everyone withdraws their money they will cause a collapse anyway because JBP doesn’t have the money or assets.
These ‘systems’ can’t work for long, there is no way around that. They require perpetual growth, unwavering belief, and the vast majority of people to leave their ‘money’ in the system.
