    It seems that you are disgruntled because you were rejected or have something personal against them, maybe an ex-gf that could not keep her man!

    LCI SOLUTIONS is a great center to work for, they have a very low agent attrition rate, provide free meals, load, pab, sign in bonus, pizza parties. They have cable tv in their break areas, free wifi, shower/rest areas..

    They also have a charity called cebu heroes that feeds many orphanages, provides clothing and many other services.

    They have an on staff doctor that can provide help immediately.

    They have grown to 3 locations in just 8 months.

    So, i would say that they are doing something right!

    `I know this company well, great management staff, very low agent turn over, salary compensation package is as much as IT park, free meals, pizza party, cable tv in break area, shower facilities, excellent security biometrics, and very good owners, they have their own charity called cebu heroes that feeds and clothes the orphanages, check out their face book.

    It seems that they are doing something right, 600 stations at 3 different locations in 8 months and they have a client waiting list!

    If you are too lazy to walk up 3 flights of steps for your job then i guess you should sit at home!

    Ah... wawa mo naman... you sound like you're so cranky and annoyed with the company. You don't even know half of what the company does. LCI is a great company to work for. It cares for its employees. I've worked since right after I passed the board exam, and I tell you, no other company or employer (for that matter) shows this kind of caring concern for its employees.

    LCI is a company that values loyalty. Yes, it's true, the company does have a low basic pay, but which part of starting do you not get? You do not understand the whole scheme. If you look at the industry, a lot of agents do "call center hopping". The company does not want those kind of agents, hence, they start out with a low pay which would gradually increase as you show your worth to the company. The salary would be increased as a reward to the loyal employees.

    Aside from this, what other company do you know that allows it's employee to have a cash advance specially in cases of emergency with no questions asked? They provide free meals as well.

    Yes, it's also true that other centers offer a high basic pay. But please consider your cost of living as well. Here at LCI, we receive an okay pay, but all we have to spend on is the fare to work. The location is accessible, I don't have to ride a taxi to get to work.

    gwapo1990, if you're one of the agents that was retrenched from the company, it only means, you weren't doing your job well enough to deserve being transferred to another account. Imagine, you'd still look for an elevator knowing that the company is only at the 3rd floor.

    As for the admin personnel, they are kind people, very approachable and easy to talk to.

    When you criticize a company, be objective about it. Don't just write anything just for the sake of airing out your personal grievances. I bet, you haven't been with the company long enough to know how the company works and how the management thinks.
