Could be, but I think issue here now is not the structure of the government. It has gone more into the ethics and morality of each and everyone of us. We see them everyday but we are so much used to it that we tend to see it as normal. It has become part of our culture and tradition. Difficult, but it can be changed by these who have openned there eyes.
