I have shown and cited links coming from merchant services and payment system of YAHOO.....

So please show to me any thing in the TERMS and CONDITIONS that says:

SUrcharges are allowed.....

or are the retailers circumventing the terms and conditons......

The terms and conditions of VISA and MASTERCARD or the terms and conditions of your ISSUING BANK ?

MAstercard is the one warning the merchant....... or else mastercard will close their merchant account.....

LOLZ .... they can close that at the end of the businessday and ripped off clients millions of pesos in SURCHARGES alone if thats what you are trying to portray .

when a merchant account is revoked..... the store losses its ability to receive credit card payments.....

And they can still accept CASH and thats not the case here . The case here is your bank who authorizes you to perfrom transactions . Mao bitaw you will have two decisions when purchasing , DENIED or APPROVED .

All you need to do is go to your ISSUING BANK and ask them why there are SURCHARGES . Is YAHOO your BANK ? Dont put leverage on word of honor , if you only ask your bank personally , bring your reciept then you can keep on yakking about the $ 100 . I am not scared , I have money . Just do your thing because you are annoying me by saying " ANDAMA " LOLZ .

ON the otherhand , speaking of DTI , why dont we dig the core and find out from them if SURCHARGING is a form of SCAMMING or in short ILLEGAL . That should be fair enough to absorb information we cant agree with . Dont go to VISA INTL or MASTERCARD and YAHOO and etc . They dont have nothing to do with it because different places and different companies imposes different policies . Kanang mo charge ko sa akong AMEX sa Cebu ? They would surcharge me because it is a US based credit firm and the credit I am acquiring is tendered in a foreign monetary unit . The conversion of the amount is subjected to SURCHARGING to whoever retailer it maybe .
