Chapter IX

A few steps away from where she's residing, I felt the unknowingness of path to where would I go after that event. Until we reached the door steps of the place she's living. Again, I became religious. I said to myself, "God, grant us more time to get acquainted with each other."

We stopped, and I took a deep breath. She smiled and invited me to come in.

I replied, "Cge na ____ kay basin naa pa ka buhaton, unya sayo imo klase ugma.."
But she insisted. What can a gentleman do? Refuse an offer?

We made it to the entrance, then to the hall way, then to the lift. She stayed in a unit at the 7th floor. And she pressed the 4th floor button in the elevator. Oh my God,this is it. He guys, it's not what you think.

And the door opened, and it was so dark. 4th floor is the parking lot without the parked cars. And the ambiance is great because of the vicinity of the city lights. It was very lovely, cool breeze of air soothing off the emptiness of my stomach.

We stayed at the side facing the city port. We were reminiscing the directions of our "Walk To Remember" version.
