depindi mana sa benefits nga ihatag sa employer, naa may employer nga i hatag tanan, rice subsidy, meal allowance, full medical care plus other bonuses in a year, and dako pa jud ang rate. Pero unfortunately dili tanan employer in ana ka stable to provide such previlige to its employees.. so if naay opportunity sideline (business).. get on with it.
