To answer seriously, it is very possible. especially right now with iran closing off the strait of hormuz (a lot of oil passes through this strait). the us, israel and its allies will find some pretext to invade iran which in turn could cause russia, china and the balkan regions to send out forces in retaliation. it is very possible that a lot of countries will be dragged into this conflict willingly or not.
