    I dont think anyone from these places mentioned (from other places (lets say mindanao, southern leyte and etc.) will get hired coz you didnt have remote recruitment....did you?...... so if you get hired why man nga pahuwaton ka sa company sa wala..... so the company is obliged and should call the newly hired employee for updates.     ... Aegis PS.... did a remote recruitment here in cebu... thier agents will be transferred to manila if they wish to work there... in thier AD they indicated that the company will provide relocation allowance for qualified applicants....dba?

    follow up lang jud sir. anha ra jud matubag imu mga pangutana...basta ang kami 1st batch for wallmart account, mahuman mi 2nd wik of aug..so basin after ana mag training na pud ang 2nd batch...anyways, 5 new accounts daw ang bag-ong e open accdng to the management, so daghan2x jud agents ila gipangita...tawagi lang jud ang HR.

    @marnick.. ows really.. pahulaton sa wala?.... pila na ka CC diri sa cebu (iapil lang nato ang atong mga silingan in negros, S&W vis, luzon) nga nag tunga-wala? naa pay nag training na, ang uban naa pa sa manila ang training, ug ang mga trainee gikan pa gyud sa mga dagko nga BPO's.... ang uban wala ka operate nag change na lang ug name, then naay ubang nidagan lang ug months, then ang uban nidagan pud sa investors, ang uban ni back-out ang investors... all of those BPO Coy in any form... made their promises to their applicants... ang ending... in a not-so-good story... the relevance of it to these situation is that IT ALL HAPPENED IN A VERY SAME SCENARIO... kinsa man ang looy... ang BPO's and their staffs? or ang applicant nga nag laum intawon...

    and besides... try reading between the lines na lang gud... in support services BPO's ang sa interview ra na mahitabo ang proper pronunciation and grammar, when you're in the line, you will be talking to those people that dont even know what grammar is...

    my point is "kung mudawat siya ug tambag" ... kung = if, if dili, then naa ra nya... then mao to nga nag support ko sa akong point kay "non-sense" man daw, i tried to put a bit of sense behind a twist... its a simple game of words and tricks, and wit against tricks of words.... and i dont need to argue.. i just presented my unsolicited idea.....just looking at the bigger picture (like there's one in a dough-knot hole ) whether you'll like it or not, its my idea... and i respect your opinion too...

    It doesnt make any sense to me giving advise to look for other jobs when you are already hired.
