reading between the line, this statement looks with prejudice a person's capacity to have a quality dog as a pet on the basis of the owner's house. Such statement springs from being ignorant of the fact that dog needs home and therefore, the structure of the owner's house is of no moment to the well being of the dog.

I hope this beautiful specie lands to a new owner that will provide him home and not a shallow concept of a house.
