I just heard the band "nailworms" I just don't know if he is a one man band but he fused different kind of genre in his type of music but mostly he sounds reggae alot... and there is a ska band also named skunky muggles i heard their rise and shine song they are one of the best... Cebu reggae/ska band really rocks... saw Jr. Kilat sa MTV marcha pa budoy you guys are great!
