Lahi ra gyud ang krispy kreme. It's a well known international franchise, and their donuts compared to gonuts donuts is way better. You can certainly taste the difference.

I think Gonuts closed in BTC because imo, LOCATION -- not a lot of people go to BTC, and it's not easily accessible unless you have a car or kung naa gyud kay tuyu ngadto. also TASTE -- gonuts for me in BTC was way too sweet, and at times the donuts looked messy and unappetizing. And sometimes it's not about the taste but the BRAND, some people are more brand conscious than others and would certainly pay to be holding a krispy kreme donut -- sad but true, hence people hanging out in starbucks or coffeebean when you can get similar coffee in bo's.

Krispy Kreme however, wherever you are seems to have this hype and for all the good reasons. Their donuts do taste good, and I'm sure if situated sila sa IT park and Ayala they'll be doing really well for a really really long time. If Dunkin Donuts survived this long in Cebu, i'm sure Krispy Kreme will as well

Nice to know Krispy Kreme will be accessible soon. I'm not their biggest fan, but I do get cravings every now and then. It's nice to know they will soon be a mere jeepney ride away.
