my post is inteded to those nga mamili pero walay experience, daghan nako nasugatan nga applicant diri sa amo company, nga wala pa gani experience kung maka demand murag grabe nag experienced.... way koy gipang approve...

kung wala kay experienced dili tana mangambisyon ug taas kay daghan nako nasugatan maoy nag dalag bulelyaso sa trabaho...

i rate sad nato ato kaugalingon... angay bang mamili ko o dili....

some people who are qualified for higher positions are sometimes neglected and set aside because higher management always think they are still not capable of doing things. some people are even threatened with the person below them showing certain skills that they don't have. Most often they don't accept their thoughts, opinions, comments and suggestions. i block ra nila and would enumerate negative things and disadvantages para dili madawat sa management ilang ideas. i think the point that everyone here is missing is...

if you're in need of a job, and here's an honest job for you, take it.
it's better than staying unemployed JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT IT BECAUSE IT PAYS LESS OR BECAUSE IT'S NOT IN YOUR LINE OF WORK.

only applies to a common fresh grad, most of the time your first job isn't even in you field of study pag-college but you have to suck it up para lang naay sweldo, once you gain more experience mao nani ang time nga you demand for your price.

the trick is to know when stop working for experience and when to start working for real money...
