The Earth Hour activity was performed at around 8:30Pm or 2030H. As retrieved from the official graphs above, we can compare the power demand at the same time from two different days, March 25 and March 26, 2011.

Luzon Power Demand at around 2030H, in Megawatts ****5900 *********5400
Visayas Power Demand at around 2030H, in Megawatts ***1150 *********1050


Basing on the provided data, we can conclude that for Luzon, there is approximately 500 Megawatts demand drop on Earth Hour day, compared on the previous day. While here in the Visayas, the demand drop is approximately at 100 Megawatts.

But if you look closely, the drop is insignificant compared to off-peak demands at around 0400H (4:00 am) for normal days.
