Q-stick has always been one of my favorites...i frequently drop by and take a bag of ribs home with me.  The sauce is
HOT and Ive asked for the recipe a million times but its always been a family secret. The best thing is that ribs is not your usual hickory type ribs that you find in most restaurants...so if you want to duplicate it, you'll have to bribe them for it.
