yep. the most bloody account in Cebu is with Convergys for almost 7 years na and still going strong. There are only 2 companies here in the Philippines who caters Sprint. Makati Daksh and Convergys.

If gikan ka sa Sprint, ilogan ka sa uban Call Centers.

how about Qualfon guys? I heard they pay good salaray and they have a nice environment there..

for me, convergys.. my cousins work there and nagdugay jud sila nice jud daw ang pay...

yes management kay okay sad... ayaw lang jud mug try sa company nga naay indian management... kay kurakot gawas ninyo... naa benefit pro di mangabot...

kahibaw nku APS na noh? ky kung mao na sakto judka.. my bf is working in that company pero walay incentives na nakuha, kausa ra jud tawn cya nakakuha and their management sucks..

di ko mka compare ky la pako kasuway sa uban callcenters but sa sykes daghan kog kaila nga ninglapas jud ug 5years na ga stay sa company...

been with 4 companies.... so far biskan wala ko nag dugay sa convergys, mka ingon jud ko na the best gyud... compensation, perks, incentives, environment etc... normal ra jud ng stress sa biskan asa nga company, it is on how you deal with it....ahehehe

I have been with two companies pa lng for my call center experience. was with etel/stream for almost 3yrs. was happy with their tech support accnt. until nag merge. then i heard about the new accnt sa cvg, so ni resign ko.

now sa cvg. tech account ko. very frustrated ko ron sa amo account. management grabe kau ka hasol. botboton. i dont know ang other accounts tingale di mn ing ani. mao tingale ni ang account sa CVG na pinakabati ang pagmanage. naa pa SOM na way klaro. full of false promises. Sayang kau daghan na gud nangaresign na mga maung agents tungod aning ilahang style.

if dili lng sa account itself, i shouldnt be here pa. but i love the account. management lng jud ang problema. haaays.

the environment is nice, the acct is easy but part of the management isn't, specifically the ones in charge sa payroll ky either di kamao mangwenta or palpak lng jud ang empleyado or tool na ilang kigamit sa pgkwenta. Plenty of proof every time irelease ang payslip - nagkatipun.ok na ang disputes

If sweldo imo g.apas i'd say that dili mao pra nimo ky call quality ang g.apas dre or so it claims, daghan guidelines sundon na binugo sad (at least lately nakarealize na guro tagacorporate na unsa ka obvious ilang sayop), pero kung relax na work imo gpangita.. linya lang
