di baya sir, let me just say after you make a survey around the vicinity of IT Park and do your calculations you will find out that it is just the same or will even come out cheaper.
ang common man gud sakit sa pinoy mo-mention na gani ka ug mas dako nga presyo kay sa "na-andan" mo atras dayon without the benefit of practical and logical computation.
let's put it hypothetically, if i will tell you that the room is 6,000 good for 2 people or a bedspacer for 3,000 each with Free Light & Water, all the amenities like TV, DVD, microwave, stove, ref, good location, clean rooms & bathrooms, etc.  and an ambiance as if you're living in your own home natural mo ingon gyud ka ug mahal but if you try to make a survey or compute, you will find that it is more cost effective.
anyway, people can always PM me for the rates.  i just want to qualify the potential tenants and serious inquiries so that they will not waste my time as well as theirs.
