Avoid tilting lang bro if not necessary. the technique is supposed to enhance point of view for linear subjects like a picket fence or a row of posts in order to give a more action feel and to improve the perspective. Example taking a picture of a car or motorcycle running on the road - you take a dog's eye view tilted photo at say 1/40 speed para naa gamay blurr. This will make the car look more like its charging towards you since the perspective of the road behind the car is enhanced by the tilting.
